Tell'R Phone - Call 1-866-571-0620 and have your account number handy.  You will use the last four digits of your social security number as your PIN.

 

Direct Deposit  - Stop at or call the Tri-State Federal Credit Union office nearest you for information on how to set up the direct deposit of your pay checks, social security checks, or pension checks through ACH.

 

Payroll Deduction  - We accept payroll deduction from all of our 100 plus Member Companies.  Contact your payroll department or one of our offices for more details.

 

Travelers Checks  - We offer American Express Travelers Checks, which are accepted world wide.  We charge 50¢ for every $100 purchased.

Wire Transfers   - Wire transfers can be made at any branch office of the credit union.  Be sure to have the bank name, ABA (routing number), and the account number for which the funds are to be wired to.  There is a $35 charge to wire funds to another bank. 

 

Visa Check Card  - A Tri-State VISA Check Card is a convenient, quick, and easy way to make purchases or to obtain cash at any ATM (Automated Teller Machine) displaying a VISA logo.  A VISA Check Card actually works like a check without the hassle of writing a check or waiting for check approval.  There are many benefits of using a VISA Check Card:

  • Easier and faster to use
  • More convenient to carry than a checkbook
  • Safer than carrying cash
  • More universally accepted by merchants around the world
  • No need for additional identification
  • Eliminates check approval process at checkout line
  • Purchase payment flexibility and everyday convenience
  • Access to cash day or night at ATM locations worldwide that display the VISA/PLUS logo.

 

* Please keep in mind that you have an $800 purchase limit and a $500 cash withdrawal limit within a 24-hour period
